32K x 16 Bank-Switchable Dual-Ported SRAM with External Bank Selects
The IDT707278S/L is a high‑speed 32K × 16 bank‑switchable dual‑ported SRAM organized into four independent 8K × 16 banks. It provides separate ports with independent address, data, and control lines, four 16‑bit mailboxes for inter‑processor communication, and programmable interrupt flags. External bank‑select pins allow the user to assign each bank to either port, enabling flexible depth and width expansion.
Electrical specifications include a 15 ns address‑to‑data access time, operation from a single 5 V (+10 %) supply, and availability in a 100‑pin Thin Quad Flat‑pack (14 mm × 14 mm). The device is rated for commercial temperature ranges of 0 °C to +70 °C and industrial ranges of –40 °C to +85 °C, with defined maximum voltage and standby current limits. Ordering information and document history are provided at the end of the datasheet.
