Agilent FD&C Colors Application Note

This document introduces the application of Agilent 1100 quaternary pump equipped with ZORBAX Eclipse-XDB column in food analysis. The column has good chemical stability, and can be used for chromatography separation at intermediate pH values. By shortening the column length and particle size, the analysis time can be shortened, the separation can be maintained, and the solvent consumption can be reduced.
