The IRK.56, .71 series is a standard high voltage industrial module with high voltage, high surge capability, and easy installation.
The IRK.56 and IRK.71 series are high‑voltage, Add‑A‑Pak™ Gen V power modules designed for industrial applications such as regulated power supplies, lighting, motor control, UPS and battery chargers. They feature a thick aluminum metal die, double‑stick bonding, a copper baseplate for improved thermal spread, and a TO‑240AA 60 A compatible package.
The datasheet provides electrical ratings (voltage, current, leakage), thermal specifications, mechanical dimensions, and ordering information, along with characteristic curves for forward current, power loss, and surge capability.
