The new Picoflex® SMT Header with positive retention latches to provide a robust wire-to-board connection with increased retention force for rugged applications and high-vibration environments
The Picoflex® SMT Latched Header 1.27 mm (0.050”) pitch provides a robust wire‑to‑board connection with positive retention latches that increase retention force by at least 50 % over standard friction‑lock headers. The design includes a high‑profile polarising peg to avoid mis‑mating and aids assembly, and it is backward compatible with existing Picoflex series 90327 receptacles.
The leaflet lists the connector’s electrical, mechanical and environmental specifications, such as a maximum voltage of 250 V, current rating of 1.24 A, and operating temperature range from –40 °C to +105 °C.
