About this manual

The LCM675 is a high‑capacity threaded rod load cell designed for tension and compression applications. It offers a rated output of 2 mV/V, a safe overload of 150 % of rated output, and a capacity of 700 000 lb. The sensor is built from 17‑4PH stainless‑steel flexure and includes a 6‑pin Bendix connector (PT02A‑10‑6P).

Optional accessories include a tongue‑shackle female connector, a second bridge, and various mounting hardware. Calibration services are available for both tension and compression modes, and a dual‑bridge version can be ordered. The device operates from 20 V excitation (DC or AC) and is compensated for temperatures from 60 °F to 160 °F (15 °C to 72 °C).
