This document is about the specification of TDA 5211
The TDA 5211 is a very low‑power single‑chip FSK/ASK super‑heterodyne receiver for 310‑350 MHz. It integrates a low‑noise amplifier, double‑balanced mixer, VCO, PLL synthesiser, crystal oscillator, limiter with RSSI generator, FSK demodulator, data filter, data slicer and peak detector, plus a power‑down feature for battery‑saving operation.
Typical applications include keyless entry systems, remote‑control devices, alarm systems and low‑bitrate communication links. The device is supplied in a 28‑pin TSSOP package and operates over a temperature range of –40 °C to +105 °C.
