The Infineon PROFET BTS6133D is a smart high‑side power switch designed for 12 V and 24 V DC grounded loads. It integrates a vertical N‑channel power MOSFET with charge‑pump, current‑controlled input, and diagnostic feedback for load‑current sensing. The device replaces electromechanical relays, fuses and discrete circuits in resistive, inductive and capacitive load applications.
