The PM150RLA120 is a three-phase 150A, 1200V current-sense IGBT type inverter, a 75A, 1200V current-sense regenerative brake IGBT, a monolithic gate drive and protection logic, short-circuit, over-temperature and under-voltage detection, protection and status indication circuits (P-Fo available from upper arm devices), for acoustic noise-less 30kW class inverter applications.
This document describes the Mitsubishi PM150RLA120 flat‑base, insulated Intelligent Power Module. It lists features such as a 5th‑generation IGBT chip, over‑temperature protection, and increased current ratings for both inverter and regenerative brake sections.
The datasheet includes maximum ratings, electrical and thermal characteristics, mechanical dimensions, recommended operating conditions, testing precautions, and performance curves for both inverter and brake parts. It is intended for designers of general‑purpose inverters, servo drives, and other motor‑control applications.
