Switch Mode Power Supply S82K L-5 Power Supplies is a switching power supply produced by Panasonic, with an rated power of 3 to 240 W and a wide AC input voltage range of 100 to 240 V. The product has a undervoltage alarm function and an alarm output is standard in the 90 and 100 W models.

TOSHIBA TIM7785-8L is a low distortion, high power, high gain C-band GaAs FET, with low intermodulation distortion, high power, high gain, broadband internal matching and hermetic package.

C8051F320/1 is a 16k ISP FLASH MCU from Silicon Laboratories that features full-speed USB, 10-bit ADC, two comparators, internal voltage reference, POR/Brown-Out Detector.

BPV22NF(L) is a high-speed and high-sensitive PIN photodiode in a plastic package with a spherical side view lens. It features a large radiant sensitive area, wide viewing angle, improved sensitivity, fast response times, low junction capacitance, and a plastic package with a universal IR filter.

TSOP7000 is a miniaturized receiver for infrared remote control and IR data transmission manufactured by Vishay Semiconductors. It integrates a PIN diode and a preamplifier, and the epoxy package is designed as an IR filter. The demodulated output signal can be directly decoded by a microprocessor. The main benefit is its operation with high data rates and long distances. It has not been qualified according to automotive specifications.

The MB85R1002 is an FRAM (Ferroelectric Random Access Memory) chip consisting of 65,536 words x 16 bits of non-volatile memory cells created using ferroelectric process and silicon gate CMOS process technologies. The MB85R1002 is able to retain data without using a back-up battery, as is needed for SRAM. The memory cells used in the MB85R1002 can be used for at least 1010 read/write operations, which is a significant improvement over the number of read and write operations supported by Flash memory and E2PROM. The MB85R1002 uses a pseudo-SRAM interface that is compatible with conventional asynchronous SRAM.

K814P/ K824P/ K844P is an optocoupler from Vishay Semiconductors, with a phototransistor output and AC input. The product has low coupling capacitance, low temperature coefficient, and wide ambient temperature range.

VLMK/Y82.. is one of the most robust and light efficient LEDs in the market. Its ceramic package makes it the ideal light source in applications of high thermal considerations allowing the additional current drive for a maximum light output while maintaining a high service life of up to 50K h.

MB91270/280 is a single chip microcontroller based on a 32-bit high-efficiency RISC CPU, which is used for building various I/O resources and bus control mechanisms to meet the needs of embedded control with high performance/high speed CPU processing. Because the vast address space that 32-bit CPU accesses is supported, the external bus access is basically. To speed up CPU instruction execution, MB91270/280 has built-in RAM of 16 Kbytes (for data) . It is best specification for the embedded usage in which efficient CPU processing power such as the digital video camera, navigation systems, and DVD players is demanded. The MB91270/280 series power-up the bus access based on FR30/40 family CPU, and is FR60 Lite family corresponding to use at high speed.

The TS97x series operational amplifiers provide output rail-to-rail signal swing, very low noise level and ultra low distortion, and are ideally suited for portable and battery-supplied equipment, such as CD players, PDAs, portable communications equipment (cell phones, pagers), instrumentation and sensoring, and professional audio circuits.
