Am29F032B 32 Megabit (4 M x 8-Bit) CMOS 5.0 Volt-only, Uniform Sector Flash Memory is a high performance, low power consumption, and flexible sector architecture memory chip.

The ADC088S052 is a low-power, eight-channel CMOS 8-bit analog-to-digital converter specified for conversion throughput rates of 200 kSPS to 500 kSPS. The converter is based on a successive-approximation register architecture with an internal track-and-hold circuit. It can be configured to accept up to eight input signals at inputs IN0 through IN7. The output serial data is straight binary and is compatible with several standards, such as SPI™, QSPI™, MICROWIRE™, and many common DSP serial interfaces. The ADC088S052 may be operated with independent analog and digital supplies. The analog supply (VA) can range from +2.7V to +5.25V, and the digital supply (VD) can range from +2.7V to VA. Normal power consumption using a +3V or +5V supply is 1.2 mW and 6.5 mW, respectively. The power-down feature reduces the power consumption to 0.03 µW using a +3V supply and 0.15 µW using a +5V supply. The ADC088S052 is packaged in a 16-lead TSSOP package. Operation over the extended industrial temperature range of −40˚C to +105˚C is guaranteed.

High-pressure discharge lamps (also known as high-intensity discharge (HID) lamps) differ from incandescent lamps in the way in which they produce light. They are very efficient because they generate extremely high luminous flux in a very small space. For example, a 2000 W metal halide lamp, such as the ones installed in foot- ball stadium floodlights, produces as much light as two 5000 W incandescent lamps. The area in which the light is produced is no larger than a 2 euro coin. Other advantages of modern high-pres- sure discharge lamps include low ther- mal output, excellent colour rendering and long life. What’s more, because of the compact dimensions of these lamps, their light can be easily and accurately directed. Consequently, high-pressure discharge lamps are the light sources of choice • wherever products and objects need to be presented, such as in shop windows and retail outlets • where bright light and long life are important, for example in factories, in stadiums and for street lighting • and for plant lighting.

PS2915-1 is an optically coupled isolator containing GaAs light emitting diodes and an NPN silicon phototransistor in one package for high density mounting applications. An ultra small flat-lead package has been provided which realizes a reduction in mounting area of about 30% compared with the PS28xx series.

XC6216/XE6216 series voltage regulators are positive voltage regulator ICs with 28V of operation voltage. The series consists of a voltage reference, an error amplifier, a current limiter, a thermal shutdown circuit and a phase compensation circuit plus a driver transistor. The output voltage is selectable in 100mV increments within the range of 2.0V to 12V using laser trimming technologies. With external resistors, the output voltage range can be expanded from 2.0V to 23V. The series’ output stabilization capacitor (CL) is also compatible with low ESR ceramic capacitors. The over current protection circuit and the thermal shutdown circuit are built-in. These two protection circuits will operate when the output current exceeds the specified current in the product datasheet.

XM28C040 is a high density 4 Megabit (512K x 8) module from Xicor company with 200ns access time, working temperature range of –55°C to +125°C. The module consists of four X28C010s mounted on a co-fired multilayered ceramic substrate. XM28C040 is configured as 512K x 8 bit and supports a 256-byte page write operation. The module also supports DATA Polling or Toggle Bit Polling, effectively providing a 39µs/byte write cycle, enabling the entire array to be rewritten in 10 seconds. XM28C040 provides the same high endurance and data retention as the X28C010.
