This document investigates the enantiomer separation of six profen drugs using Daicel immobilized polysaccharide-derived chiral columns and the Agilent 1260 Infinity Analytical SFC System. Methanol, ethanol, 2-propanol, and acetonitrile were used in combination with trifluoroacetic acid as the mobile phase modifier in the supercritical CO2. Systematic studies were conducted to achieve complete resolution of these profen drugs on the given column set by adjusting the mobile phase additive, modifier nature, and its percentage.
