This is an introduction to HYM724000/10GS-50/-60 4M x 72 ECC-Module

The HYB3117805BSJ-50/-60/-70 2M x 8-EDO DRAM is a 16 MBit dynamic RAM organized as 2 097 152 words by 8-bits. The device utilizes a submicron CMOS silicon gate process technology as well as advanced circuit techniques to provide wide operating margins both internally and for the system user. Multiplexed address inputs permit the HYB3117805BSJ to be packaged in a standard SOJ 28 plastic package with 400 mil width. These packages provide high system bit densities and are compatible with commonly used automatic test and in-line test equipment.

This document describes the features and characteristics of a 204 TM March 1997 HM-65262/883 16K x 1 asynchronous CMOS static RAM, including fast access time, low standby current, low operating current, data retention, TTL compatible inputs and outputs, etc.

The SK-2900 Series is a positive voltage driven DPECL crystal oscillator with a wide frequency range (250.0MHz to 500.0MHz), user specified tolerance, high temperature resistance, high impact resistance, low jitter, and a dual ground plane.

The HIP4081A is a high frequency, medium voltage Full Bridge N-Channel FET driver IC, capable of driving every possible switch combination except those which would cause a shoot-through condition. It can switch at frequencies up to 1MHz and is well suited to driving Voice Coil Motors, high-frequency switching power amplifiers, and power supplies. The short propagation delays enable rapid, precise control of the driven load.

The HI5905N/QML is a monolithic, 14-bit, 5MSPS Analog- to-Digital Converter fabricated in an advanced BiCMOS process. It is designed for high speed, high resolution applications where wide bandwidth, low power consumption and excellent SINAD performance are essential.

This datasheet introduces the features and characteristics of the HI-5042, HI-5043, HI-5047, HI-5049, HI-5051 CMOS Analog Switches series devices. This series devices offer low resistance switching performance for analog voltages up to the supply rails and for signal currents up to 80mA.

HG4183 is a miniature PCB power relay with short operating time, high insulation resistance, high surge resistance, good shock resistance, good vibration resistance, wide working temperature range, and is suitable for various circuits.

This document introduces the features of Agilent HDSP-511x/513x series LED seven-segment displays, including industry standard size, industry standard pinout, optional colors, excellent appearance, design flexibility and suitable range.

This document is the datasheet of Intersil HCTS86MS Radiation Hardened Quad 2-Input Exclusive OR Gate.

HCTS299MS is an 8-bit universal shift register with three-state function produced by Intersil. The product uses a 3-micron radiation-hardened CMOS SOS process, with a total dose of 200K RAD (Si), an SEP effective LET no upsets of >100 MEV-cm2/mg, a < 2 x 10-9 errors/bit day (typical) single event upset (SEU) immunity, a >1 x 1012 RAD (Si)/s dose rate survival capability, and a >1010 RAD (Si)/s 20ns pulse dose rate upset. The product is free from latch-up under any conditions and supports 15 LSTTL load bus driver outputs.

HBS single output DC/DC converters provide up to 75 watts of output power in an industry standard half-brick package and footprint. These units feature excellent efficiency, Class A conducted noise specs, and fixed switching frequency. The HBS features open-frame packaging, along with planar magnetics to provide maximum useable power with minimal thermal constraints. The HBS converters are especially suited to telecom, networking, and industrial applications, and are fully compatible with production board washing processes.
