GTL2020/GTL2021/GTL2022/GTL2023 32-bit GTL terminator with octal enables is a low power, high speed and high reliability GTL bus terminator. Features include: 56 Ω, 75 Ω, 100 Ω, 150 Ω four resistance options, 5 ns switching speed, 3 pF channel capacitance, +5 V ±10% operating voltage range, meet Class II JESD78 latch-up protection standard, and pass 2000 V HBM, 200 V MM, 1000 V CDM ESD protection test. The device uses TSSOP56 package.
The GTL202x series are 32-bit bus switches designed to provide GTL bus termination in multi-processor environments. These devices feature octal output enables that allow system control to disconnect the bus termination, with switch-on resistances of 56, 75, 100, or 150 ohms typical depending on the specific model.
