Agilent Effect of Mobile Phase Preparation on Chromatography
This document shows the effect of different mobile phase preparation methods on retention behavior in an Agilent 1100 LC system.
Agilent Compound purification using the Agilent 1100 Series purification system with a mass-selective detector
This document describes the method and advantages of compound purification using the Agilent 1100 Series purification system. The use of a mass-selective detector enables mass-based fraction collection, enhancing and simplifying time- and peak-based fraction collection methods.
Agilent Technologies Analysis of Antidepressant Drugs by HPLC
Agilent Technologies Simultaneous Measurement of Sirolimus Tacrolimus Concentrations in Blood by Semi-Automated Extraction Liquid Chromatography-Electrospray Ionization Mass Spectrometry
This document describes an improved method for the simultaneous measurement of sirolimus and tacrolimus concentrations in blood, in which the drugs are first isolated from whole-blood specimens by solid phase extraction and then analyzed by liquid chromatography and electrospray-mass spectrometry.
Agilent Technologies Analysis of Antihypertensive Drugs by HPLC
This document introduces HPLC methods for the analysis of two antihypertensive drugs
Agilent Technologies Tricyclic Antidepressant: HPLC Analysis of Doxepin in \
This document describes a new HPLC method for the determination of the tricyclic antidepressant doxepin in 'Aponal 100' tablets. The method uses an extra densely bonded Eclipse XDB-C18 column, which is made with a special Zorbax silica support and designed to reduce or eliminate strong adsorption of basic or acidic compounds. The method is stable at neutral pH and shows excellent and rapid resolution of tricyclic aromatic amines at low buffer concentration. Doxepin is separated from 'Aponal 100' tablets with no interference from excipients.
Agilent Technologies Measuring multiple apoptosis parameters with the Agilent 2100 bioanalyzer
A simplified and fast protocol for the analysis of DNA fragmentation during apoptosis
Agilent Using the Agilent 2100 bioanalyzer for analysis of His-tag removal from recombinant proteins
This paper describes the use of the Agilent 2100 bioanalyzer to analyze the efficiency and kinetics of the cleavage process for the removal of His-tags from recombinant proteins. Data on the processing of 6xHis-tagged GFP (Green Fluorescent Protein) and IL-1β (Interleukin-1 beta) proteins is presented here as part of a comprehensive analysis of the TAGZyme system1.
Agilent ChemStation Plus Security Pack NuGenesis ARCHIVE- A Comprehensive Lab-Wide Solution for 21 CFR Part 11 Compliance Application Note
This document introduces the application of Agilent ChemStation Plus Security Pack and NuGenesis ARCHIVE as a comprehensive lab-wide solution for 21 CFR Part 11 compliance. Agilent ChemStation Plus Security Pack software provides full compliance support for data acquisition, result calculation, and storage of raw and meta data. NuGenesis ARCHIVE software is an important part of many companies' overall compliance solution, providing an automated backup, archiving, and cataloging system for all software-based instruments in a lab or enterprise.

Agilent Technologies Quality control of insulin Application Note
This document describes the role of insulin in the human body and presents the results of a quality control experiment on insulin.
Agilent Technologies Quality control of heparins Application Note
This article describes a high-performance liquid chromatography analysis method for quality control of heparins. Heparins are mucopolysaccharides used to prevent thrombolysis in cases of hyperlipidemia, arteriosclerosis, blood transfusions, and operations. The analysis was conducted using an Agilent 1100 Series GPC-SEC system, which includes a vacuum degasser, thermostatted column compartment, refractive index detector, and other equipment. The results indicate that the method has high analytical accuracy and stability.
Agilent Technologies Quality control of dextran Application Note
The document describes an analysis method for dextran used in cosmetic formulations. The presence of impurities in dextran can be detected by using a chromatographic analysis method combining PL aquagel-OH mixed column and PL aquagel-OH 30 column. The ChemStation GPC data analysis software is used for data processing. The properties of dextran primarily depend on the molecular weight, molecular weight distribution, and impurities.
Agilent 1100 Series purification system: Fractionation automated re-analysis of fractions Manual
This document describes the working principle and features of the Agilent 1100 Series purification system. The system allows for fractionation and re-analysis of compounds using the same instrument without any hardware modification. The software enables automated re-analysis of fractions, allowing for automated and unattended operation of the fractionation/re-analysis process. The document also provides details on the specific operation methods and conditions for fractionation and analysis using the system.
