ST BTA12 SW/BTB12 SW handbook

Datasheet

The document describes the features and characteristics of the BTA12 SW and BTB12 SW products. They are high-performance products suitable for low-power trigger circuits, with features such as low IGT, high-efficiency switching, and insulation voltage.

ST BTA12 BW /CW BTB12 BW /CW handbook

Datasheet

BTA12 BW/CW BTB12 BW/CW is a high-performance glass passivated chip technology triac family from STMicroelectronics. This triac family has excellent switching performance and is suitable for applications such as phase control and static switching on inductive or resistive loads.

ST BTA12 B/C BTB12 B/C handbook

Datasheet

BTA12 B/C series triacs are high performance glass passivated PNPN devices, suitable for general purpose applications where high surge current capability is required. For example, phase control and static switching on inductive or resistive load.

STMICROELECTRONICS BTA12 BTB12 T12 Series User Manual

User Manual

The BTA12, BTB12 and T12 triac series is suitable for general purpose AC switching. They can be used as an ON/OFF function in applica- tions such as static relays, heating regulation, in- duction motor starting circuits. or for phase control operation in light dimmers, motor speed controllers,. The snubberless versions (BTA/BTB.W and T12 series) are specially recommended for use on inductive loads, thanks to their high commutation performances. Logic level versions are designed to interface directly with low power drivers such as microcontrollers. By using an internal ceramic pad, the BTA series provides voltage insulated tab (rated at 2500VRMS) complying with UL standards (File ref.: E81734).

ST BTA12/BTB12/T12xx Manual

User Manual

This document describes the features and characteristics of the BTA12, BTB12, and T12xx series triacs, including medium current, low thermal resistance, high commutation capability, and insulation ceramic. These triacs are suitable for applications such as static relays, light dimmers, and appliance motors speed controllers.
