This datasheet provides an overview of the Freescale MPC560xS series 32-bit microcontrollers designed for automotive instrument cluster applications.
The Freescale MPC560xS series is a new generation of 32-bit Power Architecture microcontrollers designed to meet the requirements of color TFT displays in automotive instrument cluster applications. The platform architecture includes an on-chip display control unit (DCU) that directly drives TFT displays. If additional storage space is required, system memory can be extended via an on-chip serial peripheral interface (SPI). This manual is written in Chinese.
