The FDMA530PZ is a single P-Channel PowerTrench MOSFET designed specifically for battery charge or load switching in cellular handsets and other ultraportable applications. It features a low on-state resistance and is housed in a low-profile MicroFET 2X2 package offering exceptional thermal performance for its physical size.
The device is RoHS compliant and free from halogenated compounds and antimony oxides. It includes HBM ESD protection levels greater than 3kV typical. The datasheet provides maximum ratings, electrical characteristics, typical performance curves, and dimensional outlines for the MicroFET 2X2 package.
