BGA612 is a silicon germanium broadband MMIC amplifier released by Infineon Technologies AG. The product has good performance characteristics
The BGA612 is a broadband matched, general-purpose MMIC amplifier in a Darlington configuration based on Infineon Technologies' B7HF Silicon Germanium technology. It is optimized for a typical supply current of 20mA and features a 3 dB-bandwidth from DC to 2.8 GHz with a typical gain of 17.0 dB at 1.0 GHz.
| 3 dB-bandwidth | DC to 2.8 GHz |
|---|---|
| Typical gain at 1.0 GHz | 17.0 dB |
| Maximum device voltage | 2.8 V |
| Maximum device current | 80 mA |
| Maximum junction temperature | 150 °C |
It is used as a driver amplifier for GSM/PCS/CDMA/UMTS and as a broadband amplifier for SAT-TV, LNBs, and CATV.
The BGA612 is based on Infineon Technologies' B7HF Silicon Germanium technology.
