Agilent Tryptic Digest of b-Lactoglobulin A Application Note

This document describes the application of Tryptic Digest of bovine b-lactoglobulin A in 1998. The LC analysis was performed using a Polaris 5µ C18-A column with a gradient elution of H2O + 0.1% TFA and MeCN + 0.085% TFA. The digested products of bovine b-lactoglobulin A were analyzed using UV @ 215 nm detection.
