This document is a technical datasheet for the Toshiba TC4028BP, TC4028BF, and TC4028BFN integrated circuits. The device functions as a BCD-to-Decimal decoder with ten outputs (Q0 to Q9), where one output corresponding to the input BCD code goes high while others remain low. It can also operate as a Binary-to-Octal decoder when used with inhibit inputs.
| Supply Voltage (VDD) | -0.5 to 18 V |
|---|---|
| Operating Temperature Range | -40 to +85 °C |
| Output Transition Time (High to Low) | 10 ns (Typ.) |
| Input Capacitance | 7.5 pF (Typ.) |
It converts a BCD signal into a DECIMAL signal.
A typical DIP package weighs 1.00g.
