About this manual

The MAX9370, MAX9371 and MAX9372 are LVTTL/TTL‑to‑differential LVPECL/PECL translators designed for high‑speed communication and clock‑driver applications. The MAX9370 and MAX9372 are dual‑channel devices, while the MAX9371 is a single‑channel part. They operate over a wide supply range and support frequencies above 1 GHz.

The devices feature low propagation delay, tight output‑to‑output skew, and are offered in compact 8‑pin SOT23, µMAX and SO packages. Electrical characteristics, absolute maximum ratings, pin descriptions and typical operating curves are provided for design reference.
