The MAX9374 and MAX9374A are 2.0 GHz differential LVPECL‑to‑LVDS translators designed for telecom applications. They provide a typical 250 ps propagation delay and output that conforms to the ANSI TIA/EIA‑644 LVDS standard. The devices include an on‑chip VBB reference for single‑ended operation and feature ESD protection above 2 kV.
Both parts are offered in 8‑pin SOT23 and SO packages. The MAX9374 operates from a 2.375 V–2.625 V supply, while the MAX9374A operates from a 3.0 V–3.6 V supply. Recommended termination is 100 Ω across the differential LVDS outputs.
