This document describes the features and characteristics of the Xilinx XCR3032 CPLD
The XCR3032 is a 32‑macrocell Complex Programmable Logic Device (CPLD) from Xilinx, featuring the TotalCMOS™ process and Fast Zero Power (FZP™) design for ultra‑low static power (< 35 pA) and high speed (8 ns pin‑to‑pin delay). It supports two clocks with programmable polarity, a security bit, and up to 37 product terms per output.
The device is offered in 44‑pin PLCC and VQFP packages, provides a global 3‑state pin for bed‑of‑nails testing, and is rated for commercial (0 °C‑+70 °C) and industrial (‑40 °C‑+85 °C) temperature ranges. It has been discontinued by Xilinx.
