About this manual

The ADG465 single‑channel protector is designed for hot‑insertion rack systems and other applications where power‑sequencing cannot be guaranteed. It protects sensitive analog inputs by clamping over‑voltage conditions while presenting a low series resistance of 80 Ω when power is present.

The device combines n‑channel and p‑channel MOSFETs with trench isolation to provide latch‑up‑proof operation and sub‑microampere fault currents. It is available in 6‑lead SOT‑23 and 8‑lead SOIC packages.
