About this manual

The Micron 128 Mb SDRAM family provides high‑speed synchronous DRAM in three density configurations (x4, x8, x16). All devices operate with a single +3.3 V supply, support PC100/PC133 speeds, and include features such as programmable burst lengths, auto‑precharge, and self‑refresh modes.

The datasheet details pin assignments for 54‑pin TSOP and 60‑ball FBGA packages, timing parameters, electrical characteristics, and command definitions, enabling designers to integrate the memory into a variety of 3.3 V systems.
