This is a SP6T RF switch produced by Peregrine Semiconductor. It supports 2.75V voltage and can work in the 100-3000MHz frequency range. The switch uses HaRP™ technology to provide high linearity and excellent harmonic performance.

The PE42672 is a HaRP-enhanced SP7T RF Switch developed on the UltraCMOS process technology. It addresses the specific design needs of the Quad-Band GSM Handset Antenna Switch Module Market for use in GSM/EDGE/PCS/DCS/WCDMA handsets. The switch is comprised of three TX ports and four RX ports. TX1 is designed for WCDMA and TX2 and TX3 are designed for GSM/ EDGE. The four symmetric RX ports can be used for GSM/EDGE/PCS RX. On-chip CMOS decoder logic facilitates three-pin low voltage CMOS control, while high ESD tolerance of 1500 V at all ports, no blocking capacitor requirements, and on-chip SAW filter over-voltage protection devices make this the ultimate in integration and ruggedness. Peregrine's HaRP technology enhancements deliver high linearity and exceptional harmonics performance. It is an innovative feature of the UltraCMOS process, providing performance superior to GaAs with the economy and integration of conventional CMOS.

This document describes the features and characteristics of the IDT23S08E 3.3V Zero Delay Clock Multiplier, including phase-lock loop clock distribution, output control, low jitter, and external feedback. The product is suitable for applications ranging from 10MHz to 200MHz operating frequency.

The IDT23S08T is a high-speed phase-lock loop (PLL) clock multiplier designed for high-speed clock distribution and multiplication applications. It has two banks of four outputs each that can be controlled via two select addresses.

The IDT23S09 is a high-speed phase-lock loop (PLL) clock buffer designed for high-speed clock distribution applications. It achieves zero delay and operates within the range of 10 to 133MHz. The IDT23S09 accepts one reference input and drives two banks of four low skew clocks. The -1H version of this device has higher drive capability at 133MHz frequency.

The IDT23S09E is a high-speed clock buffer that operates in the range of 10MHz to 200MHz. It features an on-chip PLL lock-loop that ensures the output clock is synchronized with the input clock. The IDT23S09E has low jitter and distortion, making it ideal for high-speed clock distribution applications.

This document describes the features and characteristics of the IDT23S05 3.3V Zero Delay Clock Buffer, including phase-lock loop clock distribution, 10MHz to 133MHz operating frequency, five outputs, low jitter, and zero input-output delay.

IDT23S08 is a 3.3V zero delay clock multiplier, which can achieve 1x, 2x, 4x clock outputs

This document introduces the features and characteristics of the IDT2309NZ nine output 3.3V clock buffer. This buffer supports two DIMMs or four SO-DIMMs and has one additional output for feedback to an external or chipset PLL. The buffer operates at 3.3V and outputs can run up to 133.33MHz. The buffer has low power consumption, low EMI and high drive capability and can be used in mobile PC systems and desktop PC systems.

The IDT2309NZ is a low-cost buffer designed to distribute high-speed clocks in mobile PC systems and desktop PC systems with SDRAM support.

The IDT2309A is a 3.3V zero delay clock buffer designed for high-speed clock distribution applications. The device operates within the range of 10 to 133MHz and distributes one clock input to one bank of five and one bank of four outputs. Each output bank has a separate enable signal. The output skew is less than 250ps, and the jitter is less than 200 ps. The device is available in standard drive (IDT2309A-1) and high drive (IDT2309A-1H) versions. No external RC network is required, and the device operates at 3.3V VDD. The device is available in SOIC and TSSOP packages.
