The LM217M/LM317M are monolithic integrated circuits in TO-220 and DPAK packages intended for use as positive adjustable voltage regulators. They are designed to supply until 500 mA of load current with an output voltage adjustable over a 1.2 to 37 V range.

LM217M/LM317M are bipolar adjustable voltage regulators that can be adjusted over a range of 1.2 to 37 volts. The output current is 500 mA, the load regulation accuracy is 0.1% and the line regulation accuracy is 0.01%. LM217M/LM317M features over-temperature protection, short circuit protection and output transistor safe area compensation.
