MAX7317 is a 10-port, SPI interface I/O expander with overvoltage and hot-plug protection, with features including high-speed, 26MHz, SPITM/QSPITM/MICROWIRETM compatible serial interface, 2.25V to 3.6V operating voltage, I/O port input overvoltage protection to 7V, 7V rated voltage open drain output, I/O port supports hot plug, 0.7µA (typical), 1.9µA (maximum) standby current, 3mm x 3mm, 0.8mm thick QFN package, -40°C to +125°C operating temperature range.
