Catalyst Semiconductor CAT803, CAT809, CAT810 Datasheet
The CAT803, CAT809, and CAT810 are 3‑pin micro‑processor power‑supply supervisors that monitor +5.0 V, +3.3 V, +3.0 V and +2.5 V rails. They provide reset signals when the supply voltage falls below programmable thresholds and remain asserted for at least 140 ms after recovery. The devices are direct replacements for the MAX803/809/810 series and operate over an industrial temperature range.
The family is offered in ROHS‑compliant SOT‑23 and SC70 packages, with open‑drain (CAT803) or push‑pull (CAT809, CAT810) reset outputs. Detailed electrical characteristics, typical operating curves, and application notes are provided for designers of computers, servers, embedded systems, and other digital equipment.
