  • CATALYST CAT5251 handbook

The CAT5251 is four Digitally Programmable Potentiometers (DPPs™) integrated with control logic and 16 bytes of NVRAM memory. Each DPP consists of a series of resistive elements connected between two externally accessible end points. The tap points between each resistive element are connected to the wiper outputs with CMOS switches. A separate 8-bit control register (WCR) independently controls the wiper tap switches for each DPP. Associated with each wiper control register are four 8-bit non-volatile memory data registers (DR) used for storing up to four wiper settings. Writing to the wiper control register or any of the non-volatile data registers writes the data to the NVRAM memory.

  • CATALYST CAT28C257 DATA SHEET

    CAT28C257 is a fast, low power, 5V-only CMOS Parallel E2PROM organized as 32K x 8-bits, supports 100,000 program/erase cycles and has a data retention of 100 years.

  • CATALYST CAT1161/2(16K) DATA SHEET

CAT1161/2 is a complete memory and supervisory solution for microcontroller-based systems. A 16K serial EEPROM memory with hardware memory write protection, a system power supervisor with brown out protection and a watchdog timer are integrated together in low power CMOS technology. Memory interface is via an I2C bus. The 1.6-second watchdog circuit returns a system to a known good state if a software or hardware glitch halts or “hangs” the system. The CAT1161 watchdog monitors the SDA line, making an additional PC board trace unnecessary. The lower cost CAT1162 does not have a watchdog timer. The power supply monitor and reset circuit protects memory and system controllers during power up/down and against brownout conditions. Five reset threshold voltages support 5V, 3.3V and 3V systems. If power supply voltage drops below the threshold, the system will reset.

  • CATALYST CAT140xx Data Sheet

The CAT140xx is an integrated circuit that includes a CMOS serial EEPROM memory and a system power monitor with brown-out protection. It supports 5V, 3.3V, 3V and 2.5V systems.

  • CATALYST CAT93C86 handbook

  • CATALYST CAT5110 CAT5118 CAT5119 handbook

CAT5110/5118/5119 are 32-tap MiniPot™ digitally programmable potentiometers with ultra-low supply current and single-supply operation. They can be used for LCD screen adjustment, volume control, mechanical potentiometer replacement, etc.

  • CATALYST CAT24FC65 CAT24FC66 handbook

The CAT24FC65/66 is a 64k-bit Serial CMOS EEPROM internally organized as 8192 words of 8 bits each. Catalyst’s advanced CMOS technology substantially reduces device power requirements. The device operates via the I2C bus serial interface and is available in 8-pin DIP, SOIC, TSSOP and TDFN packages.

  • CATALYST CAT24FC64 handbook

The CAT24FC64 is a 64K-bit Serial CMOS EEPROM internally organized as 8,192 words of 8 bits each. It features a 64-byte page write buffer. The device operates via the I2C bus serial interface and is available in 8-pin DIP or 8-pin SOIC packages.

  • CATALYST CAT5132 handbook

The CAT5132 is a high voltage Digitally Programmable Potentiometer (DPP) integrated with EEPROM memory and control logic to operate in a similar manner as a mechanical potentiometer. The DPP consists of a series of resistive elements connected between two externally accessible end points. The tap points between each resistive element are connected to the wiper output with CMOS switches. A separate 7-bit control register (WCR) independently controls the wiper tap switches for reading or setting the wiper position. The CAT5132 provides 128 tap points selectable between 10kΩ, 50kΩ and 100kΩ resistance values.

  • CATALYST CAT5111 handbook

The CAT5111 is a 100-position linear taper potentiometer with non-volatile NVRAM wiper storage, buffered wiper, low power CMOS technology, single supply operation, increment up/down serial interface, 10kΩ, 50kΩ, 100kΩ etc. resistance values, available in PDIP, SOIC, TSSOP and MSOP packages. It is suitable for automated product calibration, remote control adjustments, offset, gain and zero control, tamper-proof calibrations, contrast, brightness and volume controls, motor controls and feedback systems, programmable analog functions.

  • CATALYST CAT1640 CAT1641 handbook

The CAT1640 and CAT1641 are complete memory and supervisory solutions for microcontroller-based systems. A 64kbit serial EEPROM memory and a system power supervisor with brown-out protection are integrated together in low power CMOS technology. Memory interface is via a 400kHz I2C bus. The CAT1640 provides a precision VCC sense circuit and drives an open drain output, RESET low whenever VCC falls below the reset threshold voltage. The CAT1641 provides a precision VCC sense circuit that drives an open drain output, RESET high whenever VCC falls below the reset threshold voltage. The power supply monitor and reset circuit protect memory and system controllers during power up/down and against brownout conditions. Five reset threshold voltages support 5V, 3.3V and 3V systems.
