About this manual

The Lumit IL-4 (Human) Immunoassay is a homogeneous, bioluminescent assay designed to detect interleukin-4 (IL-4) released from cells without the need for sample transfers or wash steps. Based on NanoLuc Binary Technology (NanoBiT), the system uses a pair of anti-human IL-4 monoclonal antibodies covalently labeled with Small BiT (SmBiT) and Large BiT (LgBiT). When these labeled antibodies bind to IL-4, the complementary subunits are brought into proximity to reconstitute the NanoBiT enzyme, generating a luminescent signal proportional to the analyte amount. This manual is written in Chinese.
