ACKU040 Core Board User Manual

The ACKU040 core board is a FPGA core board based on XILINX's XC7K325 series XCKU040-2FFVA1156I. The core board uses four 1GB DDR4 chips MT40A512M16LY-062EIT from Micron, with a total capacity of 4GB. In addition, the core board also integrates two 128MBit QSPI FLASHes for booting and storing configuration and system files.
