IXGH is an IGBT product manufactured by IXYS. This product uses the international standard JEDEC TO-268 and JEDEC TO-247 AD packages. It has high current handling capability, the latest generation HDMOSTM process, MOS Gate turn-on - drive simplicity. It is used in AC motor speed control, DC servo and robot drives, DC choppers, Uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), Switched-mode and resonant-mode power supplies.
This document provides preliminary technical specifications for the IXYS HiPerFAST™ IGBT models IXGH 20N60B and IXGT 20N60B. The devices are available in JEDEC standard TO-247 AD and TO-268 packages, offering high current handling capabilities suitable for surface mounting.

The recommended mounting torque is 1.13 Nm (10 lb.in) for the TO-247 AD package and 1.0 Nm (9 lb.in) for the TO-268 package.
