This document provides preliminary data for the IXGH25N100U1 high-speed IGBT and the IXGH25N100AU1 model which includes an anti-parallel Fast Recovery Epitaxial Diode (FRED). Both devices are housed in a single International standard package (JEDEC TO-247 AD) utilizing the 2nd generation HDMOS process.
