The MC10E164 and MC100E164 are 16:1 multiplexers with differential outputs designed for high-speed applications. The device features select inputs (SELO through SEL3) that control which of the sixteen data inputs (A0 through A15) is propagated to the output. Special attention to design layout results in a typical skew between the 16 inputs of only 50ps.
