Agilent CombiZorb Scavengers are designed to remove unwanted components from combinatorial chemistry reaction mixtures. They are based on either ultrapure porous silica microspheres or macroporous polystyrene divinylbenzene (MP PS/DVB). These scavengers offer high capacity per unit volume and broad solvent compatibility, allowing use with both polar and non-polar solvents without needing to switch solvents between reaction and scavenging steps.
The density of CombiZorb S scavengers is 1.3 g/ml.
The particle size for CombiZorb MP scavengers is 30-100 Lm.
