This brief demonstrates the analysis of catechins in tea using the Agilent 1100 Series modules and systems for LC with an electrochemical detector.
This document demonstrates the analysis of catechins in tea using the Agilent 1100 Series modules and systems for liquid chromatography (LC) with an electrochemical detector. The study focuses on four specific compounds: (+)-catechin, (-)-epicatechin, (-)-epigallocatechin, and (-)-epigallocatechingallate.
