SFH 400, SFH 401 and SFH 402 are GaAs infrared emitters.
This document is a datasheet for the Siemens SFH 400, SFH 401, and SFH 402 series of GaAs infrared emitters. These devices are fabricated using a liquid phase epitaxy process and feature high reliability. The SFH 400 shares the same package as the SFH 216, while the SFH 401 matches the BPX 43 and BPY 62 packages, and the SFH 402 matches the BPX 38 and BPX 65 packages. All models are suitable for photointerrupters, IR remote controls, and industrial electronics applications.
