lnternational IOR Rectifier IR2122(S) handbook

IR2122(S) is a high voltage, high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver with a floating channel design for bootstrap operation. It is fully operational up to +600V, tolerant to negative transient voltage, and immune to dV/dt. It has a gate drive supply range from 10 to 20V, undervoltage lockout, and compatibility with 3.3V, 5V, and 15V input logic. It also features an FAULT lead to indicate shutdown and an output out of phase with input.
