BacterioMatch® II Electrocompetent Reporter Cells are electrocompetent bacteria for rapid, high-throughput cotransformation in the BacterioMatch® II two-hybrid system. This strain is a histidine auxotrophic mutant derived from XL1-Blue MRF' and harbors the genetic elements necessary to report the interaction between recombinant bait and target proteins expressed from BacterioMatch® II two-hybrid system plasmids.
