The SyncFIFO™ family from Integrated Device Technology provides high‑speed, low‑power FIFO memories in 64 × 8, 256 × 8, 512 × 8, 1024 × 8, 2048 × 8 and 4096 × 8‑bit organizations. They support both single‑clock and dual‑clock operation, dual‑ported architecture, and include Empty, Full, Almost‑Empty and Almost‑Full status flags.
Key features include a 12 ns (or 15 ns for larger devices) read/write cycle time, industrial temperature range (‑40 °C to +85 °C) and military‑grade operation (‑55 °C to +125 °C), 5 V + 10 % supply, and options for width and depth expansion using multiple devices.
