About this manual

The H01N2-D welding cable is intended for high‑current transmission from welding devices to tools and is suitable for flexible use under rough conditions, manual and automatic line and spot welding machines, assembly lines, conveyor systems, machine tools, as well as automobile and ship building. It retains high flexibility under light, ozone, oxygen, inert gas, oil and is resistant to cold, heat and fire, making it usable outdoors or in dry and damp rooms.

Technical details include a rated voltage of 100/100 V, a temperature range of –25 °C to +85 °C, a polychloroprene outer sheath, bare or tinned copper‑class D conductors, a minimum bending radius of 12 × outer diameter, and approvals VDE 0282 Part 6 or HD 22.6 S2. Standard lengths are 50, 100 or 500 m and packaging is offered as coils (<30 kg) or drums.
