About this manual

The FD 855P cable is designed for high‑flexibility, oil‑resistant control and supply applications in power chains, automatic manipulators, and permanently moving machine parts. It can be used for long travel lengths and high speeds in dry, damp, wet rooms and outdoor environments, but not on motor drum guidance under strain >15 N/mm².

The cable features a bare‑copper conductor (IEC 60228 class 6), TPE core insulation, and a polyurethane‑compound (TMPU) outer sheath that is flame‑retardant and halogen‑free. It is rated for 300/500 V nominal voltage, 3000 V AC test voltage, operates from –40 °C to +80 °C, and requires a minimum bending radius of five times the cable diameter.
