The SY10/100E158 is a 5-bit 2:1 multiplexer with differential outputs, designed for use in new, high-performance ECL systems. The multiplexer operation is controlled by the SEL (Select) signal which selects one of the two bits of input data at each mux to be passed through.
The SY10E158 and SY100E158 are high‑performance ECL multiplexers offering five 2:1 multiplexers with extended VEE range of -4.2 V to -5.5 V. They are fully compatible with industry standard 10 kHz multiplexers and Motorola MC10E/100E 158 devices.
The datasheet includes pin configuration for the 28‑pin PLCC package, detailed DC and AC electrical characteristics such as propagation delay, rise/fall times, and power supply currents, as well as ordering codes and mechanical dimensions.
