The SY89874U is a low-skew, low-jitter integrated programmable clock divider and 1:2 buffer from Micrel. This device can accept high-speed (e.g., 622MHz or higher) CML, LVPECL, LVDS or HSTL clock input signals and divide down the frequency using a programmable divider ratio to create a frequency-locked, lower speed version of the input clock. Available divider ratios are 2, 4, 8 and 16, or straight pass-through. In a typical 622MHz clock system this would provide availability of 311MHz, 155MHz, 77MHz or 38MHz auxiliary clock outputs.

This document is the datasheet of Micrel MIC79110 lithium ion battery charger. This charger has precision programmable current limiting (±5%) and precision voltage termination (±0.75% over temperature). It also has input voltage range of 2.5V to 16V and output voltage of 4.2V.

The MICRF506 is a true single-chip, frequency shift keying (FSK) transceiver intended for use in half-duplex, bidirectional RF links. The multi-channeled FSK transceiver is intended for UHF radio equipment in compliance with the European Telecommunication Standard Institute (ETSI) specification, EN300 220. The transmitter consists of a PLL frequency synthesizer and power amplifier. The frequency synthesizer consists of a voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO), a crystal oscillator, dual modulus prescaler, programmable frequency dividers, and a phase-detector. The loop-filter is external for flexibility and can be a simple passive circuit. The output power of the power amplifier can be programmed to seven levels. A lock-detect circuit detects when the PLL is in lock. In receive mode, the PLL synthesizer generates the local oscillator (LO) signal. The N, M, and A values that give the LO frequency are stored in the N0, M0, and A0 registers. The receiver is a zero intermediate frequency (IF) type which makes channel filtering possible with low-power, integrated low-pass filters. The receiver consists of a low noise amplifier (LNA) that drives a quadrature mix pair. The mixer outputs feed two identical signal channels in phase quadrature. Each channel includes a pre-amplifier, a third order Sallen-Key RC low-pass filter that protects the following switched-capacitor filter from strong adjacent channel signals, and a

MIC4576 is a simple 3A buck regulator from Micrel, Inc. It is easy to use and provides fixed and adjustable output. Fixed output versions are available in 3.3V and 5V, while the adjustable output version can output in the range of 1.23V to 33V. Both versions can drive a 3A load with excellent line and load regulation. The feedback voltage is guaranteed to be within ±2% for adjustable versions and ±3% for fixed versions. In shutdown mode, the regulator draws less than 200µA standby current. The regulator also has current limiting and thermal shutdown features for protection under fault conditions. This series of simple switch-mode regulators requires a minimum number of external components and can operate using a standard series of inductors. It is available in TO-220 (T) and TO-263 (U) packages for the industrial temperature range.

SY55858U is a low voltage, high bandwidth dual 2 x 2 crosspoint switch with a flexible input that accepts CML or PECL, and a 50Ω compatible differential CML (current-mode logic) output. The non-blocking design allows any input to connect to any output. Varying the state of the select inputs allows SY55858U to be used in backup, fault tolerant, protection and backplane distribution applications. The signal inputs (DA0–1 and DB0–1) have a unique internal termination design that allows access to the termination network through VT pins. This feature allows the device to easily interface to other logic standards such as AC-coupled or DC-coupled PECL/LVPECL signals.

The MM5450/5451 LED display driver is a monolithic MOS IC fabricated in an N-Channel, metal-gate process. It can be used in industrial control indicators, relay drivers, digital clocks, thermometers, counters, voltmeters, etc. It has the characteristics of continuous brightness control, serial data input, no load signal requirement, enable, wide power supply operation, TTL compatibility, 34 or 35 outputs, 15mA current capability, and alphanumeric capability.

KSZ8841-16/32 is a single-port Ethernet MAC controller with non-PCI interface, suitable for Fast Ethernet applications. It features low power consumption, high efficiency, and utilizes analog circuitry for enhanced physical signal transmission and reception. MICRF620 is a frequency shift keying (FSK) transceiver module produced by Micrel, Inc., with a working frequency of 434MHz and support for half-duplex bidirectional communication

The MIC5239 is a low quiescent current, µCap low-dropout regulator. With a maximum operating input voltage of 30V and a quiescent current of 23µA, it is ideal for supplying keep-alive power in systems with high voltage batteries. Capable of 500mA output, the MIC5239 has a dropout voltage of only 350mV. It can provide high output current for applications such as USB. As a µCap LDO, the MIC5239 is stable with either a ceramic or a tantalum output capacitor. It only requires a 3.3µF output capacitor for stability. The MIC5239 includes a logic compatible enable input and an undervoltage error flag indicator. Other features of the MIC5239 include thermal shutdown, current limit, overvoltage shutdown, reverse-leakage protection, and reverse-battery protection. Available in the thermally enhanced SOIC-8, MSOP-8 and SOT-223, the MIC5239 comes in fixed 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.0V, 3.3V and 5.0V, and adjustable voltages. For other output voltages, contact Micrel.
