This datasheet introduces the features and characteristics of MICRF405 RF transmitter IC, including frequency range, working mode, modulation mode, etc.
The MICRF405 is a low‑power RF transmitter IC designed for unlicensed ISM‑band operation (315 MHz, 433 MHz, 868 MHz, 915 MHz). It integrates a PLL synthesizer, VCO, power amplifier and supports both FSK and ASK modulation with programmable depth and data rates up to 200 kbps.
Configuration is performed via a 3‑wire SPI interface (SEN, SIO, SCK) that allows register programming, power‑down control and packet handling. The device is supplied in a 24‑pin MLF package and meets FCC Part 15.247 and EN 300‑220 standards.
