FCT16652T/AT/CT/ET and FCT162652T/AT/CT/ET 16-bit registered transceivers are built using advanced dual metal CMOS technology, and are high speed, low power devices organized as two independent 8-bit bus transceivers with 3-state D-type registers.
The Fast CMOS 16‑Bit Bus Transceiver/Register family from IDT offers high‑speed, low‑power operation with 0.5 µm CMOS technology. Features include high‑drive outputs, power‑off disable for live insertion, and balanced output drivers for the two device variants. Pin configurations are provided for SSOP, TSSOP, TVSOP and CERPACK packages.
