The Mentor multiple display light guide system is offered in a double‑line configuration with a 3 mm pitch. It can be supplied from a single‑fold up to a 20‑fold display and is compatible with SMD LEDs. The light guide length is adjustable between 8.1 mm and 38 mm, and the system is mounted on the printed board using press‑in lugs and a screen to prevent stray light.
Key technical data include the use of PC clear UL94 for the light guide material and PBT white UL94 for the diaphragm, an operating temperature range of –40 °C to +85 °C, and ESD protection of less than 12 kV. Minimum order quantities are 1 000 pieces for 1‑ to 19‑fold displays, with special lengths available on request. This manual is written in German.
