The DSA 20 C 100 PN is a high‑performance Schottky diode with very low forward voltage, low reverse recovery loss and excellent thermal behaviour. It is intended for use as a rectifier in switch‑mode power supplies and as a free‑wheeling diode in low‑voltage converters.
Key ratings include a reverse voltage of 100 V, a typical forward voltage drop of 0.72 V at 10 A forward current, and a TO‑220FP package with a junction‑to‑case thermal resistance of 4.50 K/W. The device meets UL 94‑0 and RoHS compliance.
