About this manual

The CM600HB-90H is a high‑voltage insulated‑gate bipolar transistor (HVIGBT) module of the insulated type, intended for high‑power switching uses such as inverters, converters, DC choppers, induction heating and DC‑to‑DC converters. It is supplied as a single element in a pack with standard mounting holes and terminal screws.

The sheet lists maximum ratings (4500 V collector‑emitter voltage, 600 A continuous collector current, 1200 A pulse current), thermal characteristics (junction temperature –40 °C to 125 °C, power dissipation up to 7400 W), isolation voltage (6000 V rms), and detailed performance curves for voltage, current, and switching times. Mechanical data such as mounting torque and mass (1.5 kg) are also provided.
